To celebrate Earth Day 2011, JAWS International, Ltd. is providing viewings of the documentary film 'Bag It' to various Northwest Ohio elementary schools. After viewing the documentary film, JAWS representatives will host a brief Q&A session and introduce contests to students which help educate them about the environmental impact of disposable plastic waste.

About 'Bag It'

'Bag It' is a fun documentary film that describes how single-use disposable plastic waste affects our environment. Single use disposables like water bottles, coffee cups, plastic utensils and take out containers make our lives more convenient. Unfortunately, plastic is not disposable and the use of these items leads to environmental degradation. After being disposed, plastic containers and water bottles get placed in overflowing landfills, clogged rivers, and our ocean. And when the plastics break down, they do not biodegrade. Instead they break down into fragments which contaminate our natural resources.
