JAWS® Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sales date and issue a full refund. However, shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

We ask that you send back the remaining unused product with the remaining refills in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product. For any other questions or concerns, please contact us.

All return credits and refunds are processed within approximately seven to ten days upon arrival at our distribution center.
