I absolutely love this cleaner. I love the concept of not having to buy bottles and just buying the smaller concentrated refills. The cleaner itself smells like a good cleaner should. It has a cleaner type smell that isn't too pleasant. Perfectly balanced. The quality of the cleaner is great. I use it to clean everything from my kitchen to bathroom.
There is only two things that I can find issue with. Price I think could be lower if you buy a bunch. I would think not having the bottle to buy and make would be able to pass on some savings. Secondly, the bottle itself and sprayer. I have two bottles, the Kitchen one and the pink one. The sprayer is having issues spraying. You have to pump and pump and nothing comes out and I turn the nozzle on the top off and then on while pumping to get it to pump. Have to do that every single time so it's really a pain in the ass. Also, the bottle itself I remember using the very exact same bottle but it was Clorox, for the glass cleaner refills. I had the exact same problem with that exact same bottle. I just stopped buying the refills for Clorox, so it looks like the whole patent or whatever must of been borrowed or 'bought' from another brand. Same exact refills as well. Just the brand name has changed. You guys should try and design your own bottles and refill pods that are exclusive to your brand. Better quality bottles.
I hope you guys pick up popularity and are able to offer deals for less per refill and get better spray bottles. Hope this helps. I highly recommend the cleaner itself and concept.
